Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 green peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 cans
- 1 l
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (fresh)
- 8 lb chuck (lean)
- 12 oz beer
- 12 oz bottle mineral water
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 5 oz tomato sauce
- 7 oz green chilies (diced)
- 6 oz bottled chili powder
Garlic salt to taste -Salt to taste Dice and saute first 5 ingredients. Add meat and brown. Add remaining ingredients, including half a can of beer. Add water just to cover top.
