- 1/4 c carrot (finely chopped)
- 1/4 c celery (finely chopped)
- 2 tb green (finely chopped)
- 2 tb green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tb soy mayonnaise
- 2 t vinegar
- 1 t sauce (hot)
- 1 t mustard
- 1 t turmeric
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 package firm tofu
