Ingredients
- 1 c rolled oats
- 3/8 c lowfat yogurt (plain)
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 3/8 c softened margarine (unsalted)
- 2 tb walnuts (chopped)
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts orange peel (grated)
Preaheat oven to 325~. Blend margarine, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape dough by rounded teaspoons into 1 inch balls. Place 2 in apart on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly with fork. Bake at 325~ for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove immediately from baking sheet. ----
