Ingredients
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 80 ml lowfat yogurt (plain)
- 55 gr packed brown sugar
- 45 gr softened margarine (unsalted)
- 16 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr orange peel (grated)
Preaheat oven to 160ºC Blend margarine, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape dough by rounded teaspoons into 3 cm balls. Place 2 in apart on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly with fork. Bake at 160ºC for dozen to 15 minutes. Remove immediately from baking sheet. ----
