Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 8 oz size rice noodles
- 3/8 c water
- 3 tb tomato sauce
- 3 tb fish sauce
- 3 tb sugar
- 2 oz green onions (cut into)
- 2 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb peanuts (finely chopped)
- 1 tb pickled radish
- some separate them
then turn off the heat and let stand a minute or so. Serve.
