- 4 phyllo pastry sheets
- 4 layer nonstick (square into)
- 3 green onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sheet of phyllo pastry on work surface
- 1 tart tin
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 3 tb butter
- 2 tb mayonnaise (light)
- 2 tb walnuts (toasted)
- 1 tb soy sauce (light)
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 1 pn nutmeg
- 1 pn salt
- some salt and pepper
nests; bake for about 4 minutes or until filling is hot. Nests may be stored in cool dry place for up to 6 weeks. Garnish with some fresh parsley sprigs, slivers of red pepper and capers.
