Ingredients

- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 forks until most of the liquid is absorbed
- 1/4 liquid remains
- 1/8 chiles (crushed dried hot red)
- 4 quarts water to a in (boil)
- 8 quart on high (pan)
- 1 c sake
- 3/4 c onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
- 1/4 c parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 t capers (canned)
- 2 packages clams (chopped)
