Ingredients
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1 eggplant
- 3 quart casserole
- 1 1/2 lb beef (lean ground)
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 2 c cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cheese
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives in place of the heat the oven (sliced)
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/4 c pimento
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
until the eggplant is tender, about 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
