• 1 1/2 lb beef (lean ground)
• 1 c dairy sour cream
• 2 c cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 c elbow macaroni
• 1 cup cheese
• 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives in place of the heat the oven (sliced)
• 1/2 c onion
• 1/4 c pimento
• 1 1/2 t salt
• 1/4 t pepper
