- 1 eggplant
- 1,500 gr casserole
- 700 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 230 gr cheddar cheese
- 160 gr elbow macaroni
- 120 gr cheese
- 65 gr pimento stuffed olives in place of the heat the oven (sliced)
- 60 gr onion
- 34 gr pimento
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
until the eggplant is tender, about 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
