Ingredients
- 4 leaves extending from the center (diagonally)

- 2 more sets
- 1 seeds
- 1/2 if youre only doing one recipe
- 1/2 stick
- 1/4 turn so that the open side is at the right
- 1/4 turn
- 4 c flour
- 1 lb butter
- 1 c cream
- 1 c water
- 1 c wine
- 1 c champagne
- 1/2 cup flour on a work surface
- 1 tb vinegar
- 2 ts salt
After final set of turns (6 single turns in all), wrap and refrigerate dough again for at least 1 hour.
