Ingredients
- 6 garlic (cloves minced)
- 28 oz tomatoes
- 3 c chicken stock
- 4 tb olive oil
- 1 ts thyme
- 1/4 ts pepper flakes (red)
- 1 ts basil
- 1/2 ts salt
- 2 slices onions (sliced)
- 2 slices carrots (sliced)
- 2 slices zucchini (sliced)
- 1/2 packages fettucine (uncooked)
flakes and simmer 1/2 hour. Stir in seasonings and pasta, return to a low boil and cook 10-12 minutes, until pasta is done. Recipe By : Nathalie Dupree ----
