- 4 baking potatoes
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 crosswise
- 1/8 an (thick)
- 8 oz taco sauce
- 1 1/2 c monterey jack
- 2 tb parsley (fresh)
- 1/4 ts chili powder
- 1/4 ts salt
- some garlic
