Ingredients
- 10 tart
- 3 eggs
- 2 rhubarb
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pie dough
- 1 c raspberries
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 3/8 ts vanilla
5. Pour egg mixture over fruit and bake in preheated 400F(200C) oven for
20 to 25 minutes, or until tart batter is quite firm.
