- 8 springform with non stick cooking (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 3 c skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c strawberries
- 3/4 c sour cream (light)
- 1 tb lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 t honey
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 2 t confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 ts lemon peel (grated)
- 5 slices strawberries for (whole garnish)
- 1 slice kiwi fruit
strawberries into halves. Garnish cheesecake with sliced kiwi fruit and halved strawberries; serve with strawberry sauce.
