- 12 egg whites
- 10 tube (pan)
- 6 egg yolks

- 1 strawberries (garnish)
- 1 fold sifted flour mixture egg whites in (into)
- 1 3/4 c egg whites
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 1 3/8 c cake flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar in size bowl
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 tbsp orange rind (grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp salt
Bake in 375� oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden and wooden pick inserted in top tests clean. In vert pan onto bottle to cool. Run thin knife around edges; remove cake from pan.
