- 10 tube (pan)
- 6 egg yolks

- 1 strawberries (garnish)
- 1 fold sifted flour mixture egg whites in (into)
- 425 gr egg whites
- 350 gr sugar
- 170 gr cake flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 38 gr sugar in size bowl
- 24 gr flour
- 16 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 12 gr orange rind (grated)
- 7 gr vanilla
- 2 gr salt
Bake in 375� oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden and wooden pick inserted in top tests clean. In vert pan onto bottle to cool. Run thin knife around edges; remove cake from pan.
