Ingredients

- 9 pie (pan)
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 above rim
- 1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes bowl (into)
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 c milk
- 3/8 c margarine
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 ts nutmeg
NOTE: 1 1/2 cups of canned pumpkin can be substituted for sweet potaotes; omit nutmeg and add 2 teaspoons pumpkin-pie spice.
