- 1 vegetable -for the diabeitic
- 1/2 high-fat meat exchange
- 5 lb spaghetti squash
- 2 c garlic
- 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c scallions
- 5 t olive oil
- 1 t olive oil on a microwave-safe (plate)
- 1 t salt
