Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 garbanzos (cooked)
- 1/2 summer squash (diced yellow)
- 3 c couscous (cooked)
- 1/2 c zucchini (diced)
- 1/2 c onion (diced red)
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1/4 c parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1/2 ts curry powder
- 1/2 ts pepper flakes (dried red)
Cook until hot, about 8 min. Garnish with parsley before serving. serves 4
