Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 pie crust
- 8 oz chuck (lean ground)
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 3/4 c swiss cheese
- 3/4 c cheddar cheese
- 3/8 c green onions
- 2 tb flour
Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and flour in bowl; mix until smooth. Stir in browned beef, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown. ----
