- 3/8 c oil
- 4 ts dark soy sauce
- 1 1/2 ts sesame oil
- 1 tb coarsely orange peel (chopped)
- 2 ts rice wine
- 2 ts soaked
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 ts cornstarch
- 1 ts ginger root (finely chopped)
- 1/2 ts sichuan peppercorns (ground)
- 1/4 ts salt
the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for 4 minutes, mixing well. Serve the dish at once. ----
