Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 6 artichokes
- 3 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 reserved liquid
- 1 water
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 qt water
- 4 1/2 c liquid
- 1 lb green fava beans (fresh)
- 1 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 c olive oil in skille onions
- 3/4 c dill (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c rice
- 2 tb flour
- 2 ts sugar
- 1/2 ts salt
for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low & simmer for 1 hour. The liquid will be continually absorbed so add more as needed.
