Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 6 artichokes
- 3 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 reserved liquid
- 1 water
- 1/2 lemon
- 1,900 ml water
- 525 gr liquid
- 500 gr green fava beans (fresh)
- 350 ml olive oil
- 240 ml olive oil in skille onions
- 190 gr dill (chopped fresh)
- 120 ml water
- 60 gr rice
- 16 gr flour
- 8 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low & simmer for 1 hour. The liquid will be continually absorbed so add more as needed.
