Ingredients
- 20 chinese blk (dried)
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1 liquid sweetener
- 1/4 lb tofu (fresh)
- 1/4 c wheat germ
- 1 ts soy sauce
- 1 ts oriental sesame oil
- 2 ts ginger (fresh ground)
- 1/2 ts sesame seeds
- 1 pn salt
- 1 pn black pepper
-soaked at least 20 mins., -cleaned and stemmed Crush the tofu in a bowl. Mix in all the ingredients except the mushrooms. When the mixture is thoroughly blended, stuff and top the mushrooms with it. Either grill the stuffed mushrooms for 3-5 minutes on a lightly oiled stovetop grill, or an oiled, very hot, thick-bottomed frying pan, or broil them for 7-9 minutes in the oven.
