- 2 green onions (finely chop)
- 1 bean paste (hot)
- 1 only (white)
- 1/2 egg
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 c peanut oil
- 1/4 c water
- 3 tb oil in wok
- 4 tb tomato ketchup
- 1 tb rice wine
- 2 ts tapioca starch
- 1 ts soy sauce
- 1 ts sesame oil
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 ts rice wine
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/8 ts black pepper
- 2 slices ginger (finely)
4. Add in chopped green onions.
