Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 c potatoes
- 4 1/2 c broccoli
- 1 ts turmeric (ground)
- 1 ts coriander (ground)
- 1 ts curry powder
- 1/2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1/4 ts dry mustard
- 1 ds peanut oil for flavor
- 3 slices onions
Cover and simmer until all veggies are tender. Serve over rice.
