Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 5/8 tamari
- 1 1/2 c wheat flour (whole)
- 1/2 lb mushrooms (fresh)
- 3/8 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c soy milk
- 3 tb orange juice
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1 ts parsley
- 1/4 ts cayenne pepper
- 1/2 ts salt
