- 2 pureed baby-food prunes
- 2 round
- 2 c water
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tb buttermilk powder
- 2 ts baking soda
- 2 tsp orange peel bring to a (grated boil)
- 1 ts almond flavoring
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
while hot. Or if the cake has already cooled off, try this glaze 1 cup powdered sugar-4 to 5 tsp. milk-1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup -1/4 tsp. vanilla or bourbon whiskey. Combine and drizzle over cooled cake. Diana Hawkins ----
