- 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 5/8 c golden crisco shortening
- 1 c zucchini (shredded)
- 3/8 c cocoa
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
to 9 minutes, or until cookies are set. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. About 3 dozen cookies ----
