- 10 springform (pan)
- 4 apples
- 3 eggs
- 2 sift unbleached
- 1 egg
- 80 ml honey
- 65 gr flour
- 60 ml oil
- 40 gr butter
- 30 ml milk
- 30 gr rum
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 14 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
and bake another 20 minutes, until caramelized on top. Cool in the pan on a rack. Serve warm or cool. Reheats well. ----
