- 10 springform (pan)
- 4 apples
- 3 eggs
- 2 sift unbleached
- 1 egg
- 3/8 c honey
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c oil
- 3 tb butter
- 2 tb milk
- 2 tb rum
- 2 tb brown sugar
- 1 tb baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
and bake another 20 minutes, until caramelized on top. Cool in the pan on a rack. Serve warm or cool. Reheats well. ----
