Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 230 gr quick-cooking oats
- 120 ml honey
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 120 ml oil
- 95 gr apple
- 95 gr flour
- 95 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 85 gr raisins
- 80 ml milk
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oats, flours, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl. Stir in raisins and apples.
In a large bowl, combine egg, honey, oil and milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix to form a smooth batter. Drop batter by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, leaving 5 cm between each cookie. Dip fingers in water and press dough down to about 4 cm diameter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Transfer cookies to rack to cool.
