Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 apple cored
- 1/2 raisons
- 1/2 full
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 130 gr wheat (whole)
- 80 ml honey
- 60 gr egg substitute
- 7 gr baking powder
- 4 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
tug on side of each muffin. Turn muffins upsode down when removed from pan unmtil ready to serve. Best served warm. Variation--omit oats and use 1.75 cups whole wheat pastry flour.
