- 32 gr all-purpose flour until crumbly
- 32 gr apricot preserved over surface
- 3 gr mixed candied fruits from (chopped)
- 1 gr lemon peel (grated)
cut small X in center of half of rounds. Place half tsp. mincemeat mixture in center of uncut rounds; top with cutout rounds. Using tines of fork, press edges of "pie" to seal. Bake 10 to dozen minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 2.5 dozen. ----
