- 30 ml dry sherry
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 12 gr cumin (ground)
- 10 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 5 gr oregano (dried)
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 slice rise lime sour cream (cooked)
- some salt and pepper
- some sour cream
Note: For extra flavor, a low or no sodium broth may be used instead of or for some of the water.
