Ingredients
- 2 bay leaves
 - 2 cu vegetable stock
 - 1 cu coarsely onions (chopped)
 - 1 head cabbage
 - 1 black pepper to (freshly ground taste)
 - 1 serve this sweet
 - 800 ml tomatoes with juice coarsely (chopped)
 - 500 gr apple cider
 - 475 ml water (cold)
 - 80 gr rice (raw white)
 - 34 gr tomato paste
 - 30 ml cider vinegar
 - 28 gr butter
 - 8 gr caraway seeds
 - some serves
 
Heat the butter in the cooker. Saute the onions and caraway seeds until the on ions are soft,about 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combi ne. Lock the lid in place and over high heat bring to high pressure. Adjust h eat to maintain high pressure and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce pressure with the quick release method. Remove the lid, tilting it away from you to allow any e xcess steam to escape. Discard the bay leaves. Adjust seasonings and serve.
