Ingredients
- 1/4 carob powder
- 220 gr am barley flour
- 160 gr maple syrup
- 120 ml water
- 120 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 5 gr non-alum baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr sea salt
Mix first four ingredients together until smooth. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine mixtures. Drop dough from a teaspoon onto oiled baking sheets, spaced about 5 cm apart. Bake 8-12 minutes at 190ÂșC . Cool on sheets.
