Ingredients
- 3 tc mustard
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 500 gr kidney beans
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 425 ml tomato sauce
- 375 gr tomato paste
- 260 gr pork sausage
- 240 ml water
- 120 gr onions
- 85 gr spaghetti
- 18 gr chili powder
- 3 gr pepper
- 2 gr basil
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr salt
In large skillet cook onions, beef and sausage over medium heat until meat is browned (10 to dozen minutes); pour off fat. Meanwhile, in dutch oven combine remaining ingredients EXCEPT spaghetti. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add browned meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until stew is thickened (20 to 30 minutes). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve stew over spaghetti.
