Ingredients

- 2 garlic (cloves)

- 1/2 prawns (fresh)
- 70 gr sitjars crispy mix
- 30 ml soy sauce (thin)
- 16 gr flour
- 16 ml cider vinegar
- 16 gr sugar
- 16 ml sesame oil
- 16 ml oil
- 16 ml oil
- 10 gr cornstarch
- 2 gr sugar
- 1 gr pepper shell (crushed red)
- 1 gr salt
Purchase at any Chinese grocery store. Add quarter cup and 2 tablesoon cold water. Mix well. Heat 2 cups oil to 350-degree. Dip prawn in batter and fry for 4 minutes, and serve. SOURCE: Chopstick, Cleaver and Wok.
