Ingredients
- 7 egg yolks
- 600 gr confectioners sugar
- 300 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 240 gr egg whites
- 180 ml water (cold)
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 95 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 90 gr coffee (hot)
- 85 gr butter
- 32 gr cocoa
- 14 gr baking powder
- 14 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml cream of tartar
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well and add in order: veg. oil, egg yolks, water and vanilla. Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold yolk mixture into whites. Fold chocolate in last. Put into angel food cake pan and bake at 180ÂșC until done, about 50-60 minutes. Mocha frosting: Combine cocoa and coffee, then add butter and vanilla. Add sugar gradually until correct consistency.JM. ----
