Ingredients
- 1 sauash (yellow)
- 1/2 sweet pepper (red)
- 1/2 sweet green pepper
- 475 ml boiling water
- 375 gr wheat elbows (whole)
- 240 gr lowfat cottage cheese
- 130 gr zucchini
- 16 gr parmesan cheese
- 3 gr parsley (fresh)
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 slice onion
Layer evenly in baking dish: macaroni, water, cottage cheese, peppers, yellow squash, zucchini and onion. Sprinkle with seasonings and then layer the tomato paste, tomatoes and juice. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 180ÂșC . oven, uncovered, 1.5 hours.
