Ingredients
- 8 instead of cabbage
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 5,200 gr dutch oven
- 1,400 gr corned beef
- 700 gr potatoes
- 400 ml beef broth
- 350 ml dark beer
- 30 ml olive oil
- 2 gr pepper
- 4 slices onions
- some mustard
In same pot, cook onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally til golden, 3-5 minutes. Add broth, beer, garlic and pepper. Layer corned beef slices and potato slices in onion/broth mixture.
