Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 350 ml creamy peanut butter
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 250 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Cream the butter and peanut butter. Beat in the sugars, blending well. Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 Degree oven for 10 to dozen minutes Yield: About 5 dozen cookies
