Ingredients
- 9 unbaked deep dish pie
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 lemon extract
- 220 gr yams (cooked)
- 110 gr butter
- 60 ml evaporated skim milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr nutmeg (ground)
-shell Preheat oven to 180ºC In processor combine all ingredients except crust. Process until well-blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and pie is golden-brown. ----
