Ingredients
- 325 gr cod fillets
- 240 gr egg
- 240 ml boiling water
- 120 gr breadcrumbs
- 120 gr salad dressing
- 16 ml prepared mustard
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr parsley
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Paprika, as desired Thaw frozen fish. Preheat oven to 200ºC (hot). Grease baking sheet. Add fish to boiling, salted water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Drain and flake. Remove bones, if present. Mix fix, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix salad dressing (mayonnaise), egg, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and pepper thoroughly. Stir into fish mixture. Mix well. Form into dozen patties about 8 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick on baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Calories per serving (2 patties): About 235
