Ingredients
- 4 jalapenos stems
- 1 mexican chile pod crumbled (red new)
- 1/2 bacon with fat
- 2,300 gr chuck (ground)
- 900 gr tomatoes (plum crushed)
- 450 gr spanish onions fine (chopped)
- 350 ml water
- 350 ml lone star beer
- 260 gr italian sausage bulk (hot)
- 200 gr bell pepper (chopped)
- 160 gr bone steak fine (chopped)
- 150 gr armadillo meat (fresh)
- 65 gr mexican green chiles (new chopped)
- 40 gr mexican chile powder (new red)
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 30 gr cumin (ground)
- 16 ml garlic in oil
- 14 gr sugar (raw)
- 12 gr cayenne powder
- 6 gr salt
- 5 gr mexican oregano
- 2 gr hungarian paprika (hot)
- 1 ml tabasco sauce
Fry the bacon in a large soup pot, add the onions, sauteing until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hour s.
