Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 at a time
- 500 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 475 gr cracked wheat
- 280 gr warm chicken
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 130 gr wheat germ
- 120 gr powdered milk
- 120 gr cornmeal
- 120 ml warm water
- 60 ml honey
- 55 gr margerine
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package dry yeast
thickness and cut into bone shapes. Place on a greased cookie sheet, cover lightly and let set for 20 minutes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven several hours or over night. Makes approximately 3.5 pounds.
