- 2 pillsbury crescent rolls
- 230 ml sour cream
- 170 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 90 gr broccoli florets
- 65 gr green peppers (chopped)
- 60 gr green onions (chopped)
- 22 gr prepared horseradish
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
rectangles crosswise in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 3 cm baking pan; presss over bottom and 3 cm up the sides. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. 2>. Blend sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Cut into appetizer-size pieces. Refrigerate.
