Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic (sliced)
- 1 gorgonzola-chicken pizza

- 1 bread dough (frozen thawed)
- 200 gr chicken breast (cut into)
- 120 gr gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 28 gr butter
- 30 ml olive oil
- 10 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 gr sage leaves (fresh)
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
With 2 tsp oil, grease 36 cm pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter in remaining oil; saute chicken, sage, pepper and salt 3 minutes. Remove. In drippings, saute onions and garlic 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450o F. Pat dough into pizza pan; fold edges under 1 cm. Bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with onions, then chicken and cheeses; bake 10 minutes, until golden.
