Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 60 ml sour cream
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 32 gr green onion (minced)
- 16 gr lemon
- 7 ml brown mustard
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr salt
Mix sauce ingredients. Make a sauce for the table using a small amount of cooking sauce (3 tablespoon ?) mixed with 1 tablespoon sour cream or yogurt and half teaspoon paprika. Coat chicken with remainder of cooking sauce. Grill over moderately hot fire for dozen to 15 minutes, turning every 3 minutes. Serve with the table sauce. serves 4
